Hotel search, rate check and booking
A stay takes five calls: find the destination, search hotels, list one hotel's rooms, re-check the chosen rate, book.

Search, then list rooms
POST /hotels/search asks every hotel source at once, 10–40 seconds. GET /hotels/offers/{offer_id}/rooms lists the rates. Each rate has its own offer_id: that is the rate_id you book.
Re-check before the guest form
GET /hotels/rates/{rate_id}/price asks the hotel again. It tells you if the room can be held and what the guests must give (passport, PAN only for Indian guests).
Book
- Send hotel_offer_id, rate_id and every guest of each room
- Use an Idempotency-Key, unique per booking attempt
- With hold: true, pay by POST /hotels/bookings/{booking_ref}/pay before hold_expires_at
If a paid booking is not confirmed by the hotel straight away, the answer is requested and needs_attention: true. Our team confirms the stay or finds an alternative.
