Questions About This Solution
Does the portal update itself when a ticket is issued?
There are no webhooks yet. The portal reads the booking: every 30 seconds after a 202 ticketing answer, and before a hold expires so users can issue in time.
What if a fare changes when issuing?
The call is refused with the new price and nothing is charged. To accept, the portal calls again with that exact figure.
Can a ticket be cancelled?
A void works until the void window ends at 23:59 on the day of issue, Asia/Dhaka time, and closes 5 minutes before that. After that, a refund is the way.
