Online Travel Agency Development
Launch an online travel agency without signing a supplier contract per product. We build the customer-facing site, the agent channel if you want one, and the operations behind them on the FlightOTA API: flights, hotels, eSIMs and transfers, priced by your markup rules and paid from one deposit.
Built for Scale, Automation & Maximum Margin
Designed around the operational realities of high-volume travel consolidators, online agencies, and corporate TMCs.
One contract behind the whole agency
Flights across GDS, NDC and low-cost sources, hotels, eSIMs and transfers share the same keys and conventions, so one integration feeds every page of your OTA.
Your margin on every product
Markup or commission rules set the selling price the API returns next to your cost, for the public site and for any agent channel.
Operations you can actually run
Tickets, hotel confirmations, eSIM QR codes and transfer pickup details in one bookings area, with voids, refunds and reissues requested through the API.
A sandbox, then a checklist, then live
The OTA is built and certified on the sandbox against the go-live checklist; your live key is switched on when it checks out.
End-to-End Operational Workflow
From onboarding and rule configuration to real-time execution and automated ledger reconciliation.
Define the agency
Which products, which markets, B2C only or with an agent channel, and which markup rules apply to each.
Build on the sandbox
Site, bookings area and back office are built against test airline and hotel systems, with test tickets and a test deposit.
Certify
The go-live checklist runs on the sandbox: search, booking, issue, refund and reissue, plus the hotel, eSIM and transfer flows you sell.
Launch and add products
Your live key is switched on, the site takes real bookings, and new products share the keys you already have.

Questions About This Solution
What is the difference between this and the B2C development portal?
The B2C portal is the customer website itself. OTA development covers the agency as a business: the site, an agent channel if you want one, the bookings and operations behind both, and the markup rules that tie them together.
Do we sign contracts with airlines, GDSs or hotel suppliers?
No. You sell through FlightOTA's connections and pay from your FlightOTA deposit. Tickets, instant fares, paid extras and hotel bookings are taken from it; refunds and voids are paid back into it.
Can the OTA take card payments from customers?
Yes. You connect your preferred payment gateway and collect from the customer; the booking itself is paid from your deposit. Prices from the API are in your account's billing currency.
Who services a booking after it is made?
Void, refund and reissue requests go through the API from your bookings area. Where the airline does not answer by itself, our desk handles the request and quotes by hand.
Can we start with flights only?
Yes. Flights, hotels, eSIMs and transfers share the same keys and conventions, so hotels or transfers can be added later without a new integration. eSIM needs a Business or Enterprise API plan.
How long until we can go live?
Certification depends on how much of the checklist your OTA covers. It runs on the sandbox; once the booking references you send check out, your live key is switched on.
