What if the provider does not confirm straight away?
The ride stays pending while the provider confirms. A ride the provider refuses is refunded. One it has not answered within an hour stays pending while our team confirms it, then it is confirmed or refunded.
Can every ride be cancelled online?
No. Rides marked online: false cannot be cancelled through the API, and once no tier of the policy gives money back, the answer is too_late.
How do I get transfers on my account?
