Questions About This Solution
What if the hotel does not confirm straight away?
The answer is requested with needs_attention: true. The money stays with us and our team confirms the stay or finds an alternative. It is never refunded automatically.
Can the same rate be booked twice?
No. A rate can be booked only once. To book a second room of the same kind, the portal fetches the rooms again for fresh rate ids.
When is a PAN needed?
Only for Indian guests, when the rate check asks for it: the lead guest, or every Indian guest. It is never needed for other nationalities.
